Standzall ST-1 has become the industry standard for all media press walls used by film studios, media events, award shows, press conferences and more.   

Standzall® Standard and HeavyStandz can be used for holding the following items:

  • Press Walls (foamcore with event logos)

  • Lattice

  • Theatrical Scenery

  • Displays

  • Trade Show Booths

  • Signs

  • Temporary Fencing

  • Wood or metalwork in progress - while painting, welding, sanding

  • Lighting - floor stands for uplighting

  

 

Directions for Use

 

1. Place pair of STANDZALL®'s on floor with the jaws opened wider than the thickness of the display item, spaced with outside edges even with edge of the item to be held.

2. Place display item between the jaws of STANDZALL®'s.

 

3. At one end of display item, loosen STANDZALL® adjusting knob and push L-shaped jaw toward display item, pushing the display item tightly against the other jaw; tighten adjusting knob.

4. Repeat step 3 at other end of display item.

 

 

For use outdoors, or in high traffic areas, you can do the following:

 

  • Place sandbags on the rear of the stand (behind the display item)

  • Drive screws through the screw holes provided in the uprights (into the back of the display item)

  • Drive spikes through holes provided in the bases (on some models)

  • Tie a safety line to the top of the object being held

  • Use ST-1's with the knob located on the rear of the stand (behind the display item)

 

Decorating Tips

 

STANDZALL®'s are unobtrusive and low to the ground, but occasionally they will be obvious, if they contrast with the color of the display item, or when they are used on a raised platform. 

  • Spray them with a matte finish paint that matches the display item (such as DesignMaster color tool)

  • Place small plants in front of the stands (such as live or silk Boston Ferns). 

  • Use Model ST-5 stands - they feature clear acrylic jaws.

QuickStandz and UtilityStandz

Use these models to:

  • Stand signs or displays on lawns, gardens or planters

  • Install / Remove outdoor displays quickly

  • Stand signs or displays using tent poles or lumber

HeavyStandz

Use these models to:

  • Stand heavier objects

  • Use one stand instead of two

  • Place objects outdoors

  • See the entire display item
